مقارنة تقنية الصيد المكثف بمبيد دايمثويت في مكافحة ذبابة الفاكهة Ceratitis capitata (Wied.) على الحمضيات Citrus spp. في منطقة الزهراء غرب طرابلس.

أجريت هذه الدراسة لتقييم تقنية الصيد المكثف باستخدام الجاذب الغذائيFLYCAP®) ) بالمقارنة مع المبيد الحشري دايمثويت لمكافحة ذبابة فاكهة البحر الأبيض المتوسط Ceratitis capitata (Wied.) (Diptera:Tephritidae) في بساتين حمضيات في منطقة الزهراء غرب طرابلس خلال الموسم الزراعي 2009-2010م. أثبتت الدراسة أن تقنية الصيد المكثف تعادل في كفاءتها المعاملة بمبيد دايمثويت في التقليل من شدة الإصابة، حيث بينت نتائج فحص 3500 ثمرة في معاملة الصيد المكثف و1000 ثمرة لكل من معاملتي المبيد والشاهد خلال الفترة من بداية نضج الثمار حتى انتهاء فترة جني المحصول، ان معدلات شدة الإصابة كانت منخفضة في معاملتي الصيد المكثف والمبيد، وبلغت 17.35% ± 1.165 و 15.17% ± 1.889على التوالي، ولم يظهر التحليل الإحصائي وجود أية فروقات معنوية بينهما، بينما سجلت فروق معنوية بين المعاملتين من جهة ومعاملة الشاهد الذي بلغ معدل شدة الإصابة فيها حوالي 36.5% ± 12.911.
