Abstract

This book provides an analysis of public policy in Libya from both theoretical and applied perspectives. It discusses the basic concepts of public policy, the importance of its analysis, and the theoretical approaches used in its study, such as David Easton's systems theory and Gabriel Almond's functional approach. The book also reviews qualitative and quantitative methods for analyzing public policies and applies these frameworks to the Libyan context, focusing on oil policies as a case study. The book aims to fill the gap in literature on Libyan public policy and provides recommendations for policymakers and researchers to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public policies in Libya.
